• Details: Efficiently removes snow to ensure access and mobility. Includes clearing designated areas (e.g., around parked cars, walkways to the front door). We adjust our plowing techniques based on the type and amount of snow.

2. Snow Shoveling

• Target: Walkways, steps, porches, decks, smaller areas not accessible to plows

• Equipment: Shovels, snow blowers (if appropriate for the surface)

• Details: Manual removal of snow to ensure safe passage and prevent ice buildup. Includes de-icing walkways and steps for added safety.  

3. Salting Services

• Target: All paved surfaces (driveways, walkways, parking lots)

• Equipment: Salt spreaders (walk-behind or truck-mounted, depending on the area)  

• Details: Application of salt to melt ice and prevent it from forming, ensuring safe footing and traction for vehicles. We use appropriate salt types for different surfaces and temperatures.

4. (Optional) Roof Raking

• Target: Roofs with heavy snow accumulation

• Equipment: Specialized roof rakes, safety harnesses (if needed for steeper roofs)

• Details: Careful removal of snow from roofs to prevent ice dams, structural damage, and potential hazards from falling snow.

5. (Optional) Snow Hauling

• Target: Properties with limited space for snow piles (e.g., commercial lots, narrow driveways)

• Equipment: Trucks and/or loaders to remove and transport snow off-site

• Details: Removal of excess snow piles to designated areas, ensuring clear access and preventing snow from blocking walkways or creating hazards.
